Valrhona chocolate 70% (coca beans, sugar, coca butter, emulsifying agent: soy lecithin), icing (sugar, water, wheat-based starch syrup), alcoholic sour cherry (min. 10%) and its juice, premium quality French cognac. Dry cocoa matter in the chocolate: min. 70% Alcohol content: 2.5-4.5 cm3/100g. The product may contain traces of nuts, peanuts and milk derivatives. The product may contain sour cherry seeds!

In the course of preparation, we strove to adhere to the original recipe from 1886, prepared by Henrik Kugler and Émile Gerbeaud. The 20 year experience in making cognac cherry ensures the high quality of the product.
