The Áldomás Lellei Konyakmeggy Handmade cognac cherry bonbon is prepared after the recipe created in 1886 by two brilliant confectioners, Henrik Kugler and Émile Gerbeaud.
The Áldomás Lellei Konyakmeggy Handmade cognac cherry bonbon is handcrafted using premium French cognac, Belgian chocolate and savoury Hungarian sour cherries, ensuring a perfect and unique flavour experience.
The specialty inspire contemporary poet Árpád Majoros, who, musing over the cognac cherries, said the following:
“Lellei Konyakmeggy bonbon is like a kiss exchanged by lovers. It heals every last molecule of body and mind. And what’s more wonderful: it leaves a memory that lasts a lifetime like true love once experienced.”
VALRHONA chocolate 70% (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifying agent: soy lecithin), icing (sugar, water, wheat-based starch syrup), alcoholic sour cherry (min. 10%) and its juice, premium quality French cognac. Dry cocoa matter in the chocolate: min. 70% Alcohol content: 2.5-4.5 cm3/100g.
